Commissions

All commissions are paid monthly, within 7 days of the beginning of the month. You must have a minimum of $10.00 accumulated in owed commission to bet paid.

Downline Farm provides these links to you as a service only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply any sponsorship or endorsement of the linked website, or approval of any material on the website by Downline Farm.. When visiting other websites you should refer to each such website's individual terms of service and not rely on this agreement.

Banned Programs

Before submitting a URL to Downline Farm, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not
violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted. If you continue to add your
programs that violate these rules your DownLine Farm account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No Tracker, Rotator or Link Shortener URL may be used, as they will not work correctly in the downline builder.

*No viruses, Trojans, or spyware.

*No adult/pornography websites.

*No Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit websites that promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will
cause offense.

*No HYIPs or "investment auto surfs". These are illegal in most countries,
including the United States. Revenue Sharing programs are allowed as long as they are operated legally.


*Affiliate and Personal Sites Only. No Company Name Sites unless Affiliated.


*Downline Farm has the full right to delete any site that is
inappropriate or questionable.

Risks and Income Disclaimers

You accept all risks and responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from using this site and any information or material available from it.  You expressly acknowledge and agree that Downline Farm does not exert control over users of the website and is not liable either for their opinions or their behavior including any information or advice and any defamatory statements, or offensive or illegal conduct.

Downline Farm does not guarantee that you will make any money from your use or promotion of our products and services. Your success depends on your own work efforts, the efforts of your referrals and other factors that may or may not be mentioned here. Income examples on our promotional materials, or on affiliate's ads and communications, are for illustrations purposes only.  Keep in mind that Downline Farm's main mission is to build your downline in your current business, or in one of our featured income programs.  The commissions you earn directly from us is just an added benefit, but your largest source of income should come from those third party businesses.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Downline Farm (its respective parents and affiliates) against any loss or damage suffered, or costs incurred, by them in connection with your use of the website or any breach by you of the Terms of Service or any other legal obligation.

Governing law

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, this agreement will remain otherwise in full force, apart from that provision which is deemed invalid.
